Maine Housing State Authority. Up to $50,000 in assistance for homeowners experiencing hardship. Requirements: Experienced a financial hardship after January 21, 2020, fall within the program income limits, property is located in State of Maine and is occupied as the primary residence, and property is a single-family home, townhouse, condo, mobile home or owner-occupied 2-4 unit home. https://haf.mainehousing.org/
